My dad is staying the night..
Sleeping on my couch, which is super awkward already. We make small talk and I try to teach him how to use Netflix. Everything’s cool until he INSISTS we watch a Nick Cage movie. Really dad?!?!? Really?? So here I am roped into a Nicholas Cage film about witches while wrapping gifts, meanwhile Dad was asleep 10 minutes into it.

My boyfriend’s parents had me over for dinner tonight. They made chicken parm, fresh bread, AND brownies. They gave me my birthday present, a super cute sweater that was on my wish list from Urban Outfitters. Then we all watched Shrek. They are the sweetest people ever.
I am super happy.
